📣 Important Update Regarding Gift Card Processing 📣

Aloha, Young’s Fish Market ‘Ohana!

We want to keep you informed about an issue we’re currently experiencing with our gift card processing system. Since October 7, we’ve been facing technical challenges with our gift card provider, Clover Gift, which has affected our ability to sell, redeem, or check balances on all gift cards.

Please know that we are working tirelessly to resolve this issue and have escalated the matter with Clover’s support team. We are also actively working with both state and federal consumer protection agencies to address the situation, as our commitment to our customers is our highest priority.

We understand how frustrating this is for everyone involved, and we apologize deeply for the inconvenience. Your patience and understanding mean the world to us as we navigate this challenge, and we will keep you updated on any developments.

We are saddened to announce that our Kapolei location will be closing on October 31st. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our customers for your support over the years. While this chapter is coming to a close, we hope to continue serving you at our City Square location, which will remain open. Mahalo for being a part of our Young’s Fish Market ohana!
