A ripe summer peach doesn’t need much… but a little yogurt and honey certainly doesn’t hurt.

Creamy yogurt, crunchy pistachios, and sweet peaches make this the kind of easy summer snack that feels effortlessly good. Minimal prep, maximum “I could eat this every day” energy.

Fresh Peaches with Yogurt🍑

Cook time: 5 min

Ingredients:
1 peach
½ cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp crushed pistachios
1-2 tsp honey

Instructions:
1. Break your peach into four segments, removing the pit, and place into a shallow bowl.
2. Top with plain yogurt, sprinkle on the pistachios, and drizzle with honey.

Summer lunches should be quick, crunchy, and require zero oven time.

Crispy bacon, juicy tomato, fresh lettuce, cheese, and ranch all wrapped up into the easiest grab-and-go lunch of the season. Basically a BLT that got its life together.

BLT Wrap🥓🥬🍅

Cook time: 5 min

Ingredients:
Lettuce
Tomato, diced
Bacon, crumbled
Shredded cheese
Ranch
Wrap

Instructions:
1. Add lettuce, tomato, bacon, shredded cheese, and ranch to a bowl.
2. Toss until all the ingredients are coated with the dressing.
3. Place the salad mixture into a wrap, and roll like a burrito.

Cold, briny, and unapologetically classic, this cocktail is for the olive lovers and the extra dirty orderers. Shaken ice cold and best enjoyed with dramatic stories and a bowl of salty snacks.

Dirty Martini

Cook time: 5 min

Ingredients:
2.5oz London Dry Gin or Vodka5oz Vermouth5oz Olive Brine
Olives for garnish

Instructions:
1. Add gin (or vodka), vermouth, and olive brine to a shaker with a lot of ice.
2. Shake 15-20 seconds, then strain into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with olives.

If summer had a signature dessert, it would probably be this🍋☀️

Cold, creamy, citrusy, and piled high with whipped cream—Frozen Lemonade Pie is the kind of treat made for hot afternoons and second slices. Bright lemon flavor + a graham cracker crust = the ultimate freezer dessert situation.

Frozen Lemonade Pie

Cook time: 4 hours 30 min

Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter,
⅓ cup packed dark brown sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg softened cream cheese
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz Milo’s lemonade
Zest from 2 lemons
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, divided
2 Tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions:
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a pie plate and freeze 15 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in condensed milk, lemonade, lemon zest, and salt until smooth.
3. Whip ½ cup heavy cream to medium peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust and freeze 4–12 hours. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
4. Whip remaining 1 cup heavy cream with powdered sugar to stiff peaks. Top pie with whipped cream and extra lemon zest before serving.

Long weekend plans: something icy, citrusy, and served in the biggest glass possible.

Fresh lime juice, just the right amount of sweetness, and plenty of ice—this homemade limeade tastes like summer afternoons, porch hangs, and going back for a refill before you even finish the first glass.

Limeade🍋‍🟩

Cook time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:
½ cup sugar
1 cup warm water
1 cup lime juice
3 cups cold water

Instructions:
1. Combine the sugar and warm water in a pitcher, and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Stir in the lime juice, then add the remaining 3 cups of cold water.
3. Serve over ice.
