Lots of Answers about the Philly Cheesesteak. Some call it carnie food, some call it comfort food. To me, it is everyday food for anyone. Just because it is simple doesn't make it just for festivals. There are pretty much two sandwiches with numerous additions, and choices of cheeses, veggies, mayo or no. I have run into a limited few who didn't like a cheesesteak, but, they are also usually looking for McDonalds or Subway and those are usually the people who are impossible to please. Every crowd has them. We are no Fast food restaraunt. While we can get one or two sandwiches out fast, they are all made to order with freshly sliced meats, cheeses and vegetables. We are nothing short of amazing and have had hundreds of people say so. This is not our first cheesesteak restaurant and we learned a lot of lessons along the way, including Keep It Simple Stupid. After all, that's what a cheesesteak is.
