Some become stories people tell months later.

Paris on the Bayou was one of those nights.

French technique met Southern soul, every course had a purpose, every wine had a partner, and for a few hours, a room full of strangers became a table full of friends.

If you were there, thank you for trusting us with your evening.

Cucumber, tomato, pickled purple hull peas, butter beans, peppery arugula, goat cheese, and salmon crudo… all finished with a vibrant tarragon vinaigrette & pistachio.

Summer doesn’t last forever…

Some of our favorite meals happen where you’ll never see them.

A backyard under string lights.

If you were in the room last night, you know…

No camera could ever capture the smell of every course leaving the kitchen. The hush that falls over the room when everyone takes their first bite. The conversations that happen between pours. The smiles exchanged between the kitchen and the dining room.

Those are the moments we chase.

Thank you for helping us celebrate three years of Secret Handshake with our largest wine dinner ever.

What an incredible reminder that good food has always been about so much more than what’s on the plate.
