Let’s go ahead and set a few ground rules before you roll in…
📝 Rule #1: Get on the waitlist… then chill out.
Once your name is on the list, your job is done! Grab a drink, listen to the music, wander around the patio, catch up with friends, or judge everyone’s fireworks shirts—we won’t tell. We’ll call you as soon as your table is ready.
🍹 Rule #2: A margarita makes every wait feel shorter.
We can’t guarantee the wait time… but we can guarantee it feels a whole lot better with a Bushwhacker, margarita, cold beer, or your favorite cocktail in hand.
🦀 Rule #3: Fresh food takes a little patience.
Every seafood boil is built to order. Every steak is cooked to your temperature. Every entrée is prepared by our kitchen after you order it. We’d rather serve you something fresh than rush it out just to shave off a few minutes.
❤️ Rule #4: No crabby attitudes.
Our crew is about to serve thousands of guests while working in a kitchen that’s the temperature of the Louisiana bayou in August. They’re sweating, hustling, and giving it everything they’ve got. A little patience and kindness go a long way, and we promise they’re doing their absolute best.
🎆 Rule #5: Remember why you’re here.
You’re on the lake. It’s the 4th of July. Slow down, have another drink, laugh with your people, make some new friends, and soak it all in. That’s what Cajun Boilers is all about.
