And now, a message fro our peeps over at Black Canyon Meats...

While it might not be time to put the electric space heaters away just yet, we've got some craft meats in the shop that'll keep your mouth warm and whet.

If you've had our sausages before, then you know what time it is.

Come through, take a pounding or two of our seasoned pork or beef, and go home satisfied. Fat links (not pictured, but chilling in the case) should be ready today as well.

We've got a few treats from Coquelicot Pastries, too. Don't miss out on those, either.

With all of the catering that we've been doing over the past couple of weeks, our alter-ego, Black Canyon Meats, fell a lil behind schedule with sausage and brat production. So we took the past couple of days to play catch up.

Back by popular demand are a few of your favorite weeknight hand-crafted Sausage & Burger blends;

• Pork Green Hatch & Chile - $12/lb
• Pork Hot Italian - $12/lb
• Pork Mild Italian - $12/lb
• Beef Cowboy Butter - $15/lb

Food service is also back on today from 11am - 3pm, but we're doing something a little different. We're offering our latest manifestation;

COWBOY BUTTER BRISKET SMASHBURGER - $15

We take a 1/3lb patty of our Cowboy Butter-seasoned, ground-in-house whole muscle brisket and smash it on the griddle, add caramelized onions, Bleu Cheese, and top it with our house-made BBQ Sauce. Comes with your choice of potato or mac salad.

We've always got something here to remind you...

And if you're in the mood for French cuisine, the wonderful ladies from Coquelicot Pastries came by and dropped off some of their amazing treats!

We've got lamb and chicken in the shop, as well as some ground bison. Stop by and see what else we've got in store!

Thank you to everyone for following us and joining us for lunch this week! If you like stuffing your face with good hot meats while an eclectic soundtrack from all genres and decades plays in the background, then we are the spot for you...

Stop in for lunch today from 11am - 3pm and shop for your weekly provisions. The deli is stacked. Our homies at Black Canyon Meats will soon fill our freezer with craft meats like sausages and brats. We’ll update you as soon as they're available.

Huge shout out and thank you to the folks at the West Elk Mine for allowing us to cater their breakfast for a few days this and next week.

We are grateful to the men and women who get up (or stay up) at ungodly hours to give their energy to ensure that we have the energy we need to function as a society...
