More than 6 years ago, we opened the doors of KOI CHA with a simple dream: to serve great bubble tea🧋and create a place where our community could gather, connect, and make memories 🥰
Since then, we’ve weathered countless challenges together—COVID-19, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, hurricanes, winter storms, water and power outages, inflation, and many sleepless nights 🥲 The journey has not always been easy, but every step of the way, your support kept us going.
🙏 We want to extend our deepest gratitude to all of our loyal customers, as well as our incredible current and former employees who stood by us, especially during times when we could not always be present ourselves.
