Heading out to the Greater Wasilla Chamber of Commerce Halloweentown Saturday Oct 24th from 11am-5 and we'll have all your BBQ favs! We are planning on our sliced brisket, pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends, smoked pork chops and our Freedom Bowls. Sides will be our bbq beans, coleslaw and our cheesy hashbrown casserole and creamed corn. We'll also have some brisket chili to keep you warm and toasty! Trunk or Treating and all the fun activities start at 3pm until 5pm. See you tomorrow,Wasilla!

This Saturday, October 24th, we're heading to Wasilla for the Greater Wasilla Chamber of Commerce Halloweentown Trunk or Treat! The event starts at 3pm, but we'll be open at 11am serving up all your bbq favorites! We'll have our menu posted tonight and can't wait to see you tomorrow!

Happy Friday BBQ fans! We are heading out to the Williams Reindeer Farm tomorrow, Sat Oct 17th for the Fall Family Fun event 11-5. There are still a few tickets available so come out and enjoy the Farm, hayrides, a Kids Vendor Market, food and so much more! Tons of fun to be had tomorrow and we can't wait to feed you! Hey Palmer!! We're setting up in your area today, Oct 3rd from 10-4 for the opening season of the 1st Saturday Vendor Market.

Happy October BBQ Fans! We are heading to Kendall Ford Wasilla today, Oct 1st from 11am-5!
***Today is the last day you will be able to catch us during the week days minus a couple days here an there throughout the winter. We will still be operating most Saturdays from here on out until spring. Weather permitting.***

Today we're serving up our sliced brisket, pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends, Freedom Bowls and smoked pork chops. Our sides are loaded mashed potatoes, creamed corn, coleslaw, and bbq beans. We'll also have our Brisket Chili since the weather decided to go from 60 to 36 today like it saw a State Trooper 😁 Can't wait to feed y'all!

We are looking forward to heading back out tomorrow, Sept 27th to Dental Innovations for their Veterans Appreciation Day! We will be open to the public starting at 11am until 4, and Veterans who come by from 1pm-3pm can pick up a voucher from the Dental Innovations team to use at our food truck for tomorrow only. We'll be serving up sliced brisket, pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends, Freedom Bowls and our smoked pork chops! Our sides will be our cheesy hashbrown casserole, bbq beans, coleslaw. There will be a car show and info on hand for dental care resources and discounts available for Veterans
