Some moments just hit different. ❤️

As I close this Houston chapter, I had the honor of delivering one of my signature fish plates to the legendary Mr. Brown, founder of Houston’s iconic House of Brown.

His order:
🐟 Fried Fish
🧀 Mac & Cheese
🥔 Potato Salad
🫛 Green Peas
🍞 Toast

Later that day, I stopped back by to deliver another order, and Mr. Brown shared his thoughts with me. His exact word was, “Beautiful.” He told me he truly enjoyed the food and said he’ll be ordering again… and again… and again.

To end my Tidwell chapter serving one of Houston’s legends, right here near Tidwell & Jensen, is something I’ll always cherish. Moments like this remind me why I’ve poured my heart into every plate for the last 21 years.

Thank you, Mr. Brown, for your support and your kind words. It was an honor to serve you.
