A longtime favorite among guests, it's the kind of dish that never disappeared from conversation, even when it wasn't on the menu.

This July and August, it returns as part of our Off-Menu Icons series, a three-course menu for $75 per person featuring some of the most iconic dishes we've served over the years. Guests can revisit longtime favorites like Snapper Sheridan alongside other beloved Tony's classics, available for a limited time.

Part of La Dolce Estate, our seasonal summer tasting menu, the Chocolate Budino brings together silky chocolate, a delicate chocolate wafer, and buttered pecan gelato for a finale that's rich, balanced, and just indulgent enough.
