What is Intermediate Program?

This program is the continuity of beginners training. Students should demonstrate
basic skills such as serving, setting, blocking, digging, passing, hitting and more.

The Intermediate Program mainly emphasize on:

Player rotations and responsibilities
Team defense and offense
Team communication
Overall game strategy
