Bribery Works! And a couple updates to how we’re doing business.
I talked with my staff yesterday and got them all to commit to next week (Bribery Works!)! We have another Bribery Meeting scheduled next week to try and get them to commit to coming through September 10th.
Operations Update:
So my situation changes every 15 minutes here. There’s just no game plan to close a successful restaurant whose business and cash was been wiped out by a pandemic.
Your understanding and support has been amazing!
Yesterday we had to turn of Online Orders and pause Call In Orders because so many of you came to Super Chicken.
I know that this is frustrating for those of you that were looking to place your order Online or over the Phone. Please understand that I don’t want to say “no” to any of you. But with so many of the BEST CUSTOMERS EVER looking to get some Super Chicken before we close, I have to manage the load on my kitchen staff so that we can do our best to serve everyone that places an order.
Phone Order Update:
We will be taking orders over the phone all day, but if we get to the point where the kitchen is struggling to keep up, we’ll take the phones off the hook (you’ll hear a busy signal). Once we get the kitchen caught up, we’ll open the phone lines again.
Online Ordering Update:
Online Ordering will open up each day from 12:45pm-1:45pm. If the kitchen starts to struggle to keep up, we’ll pause online ordering. We’ll open it back up once the kitchen gets caught up.
*I know that having a plan like this isn’t ideal. I appreciate your understanding and continued support.
I think that this should be my last update to our operations. If anything changes, I’ll let y’all know.
