It has officially been one week since we opened Buenos Días! 💗

We always say this, but we truly just can’t put into words how grateful we are for the overwhelming love and support we’ve received. Not only have we felt so much support from our amazing community, but also from our Doña Leti’s family. Seeing employees from our other locations stop by every single day to support us, grab breakfast, cheer us on, and celebrate this new chapter with us has meant more than we could ever express. It has been so heartwarming to experience this milestone surrounded by the people who have helped us get here.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us, supporting our family, and making our first week one we’ll never forget. We are so excited for everything that’s still to come.

We couldn’t do any of this without you. Houston, we love you! ☕️🍳🤍 ¡Hasta Mañana! 💗

Just a little recap of such an amazing day. 💗

Yesterday was the grand opening of our new breakfast spot, and it truly couldn’t have gone any better. This is a whole new concept for us, and something we’ve been so excited to share with all of you.

Thank you, Houston, for showing up and showing out for us. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we truly couldn’t do what we do without you.

So much of our story is centered around our mom that it’s important for us to take today to recognize the incredible fathers who have shaped our lives as well.

We only got to experience our dad for a few short years before he passed away in a tragic car accident. He was smart, handsome, funny, and had so many qualities that made our mom fall in love with him. She never remarried after losing him, and instead poured that same love into raising each of us. Today, we celebrate our dad in Heaven—a man who didn’t get to share many Father’s Days with us but whose impact will always be a part of who we are.

We also want to wish a very Happy Father’s Day to our oldest brother, Carlos. As the oldest son, he sacrificed so much of his childhood to help our mom provide for our family, working countless hours to make sure we always had what we needed. He stepped into the role of a father figure when we needed one most, and today we are so proud to watch him be an incredible dad to his own children.

And finally, to all of the dads of Doña Leti’s: working with us isn’t easy. We move fast, stay busy, and the days are often long and demanding. We are grateful for every father who shows up every day, works hard, provides for his family, and helps us continue building ours. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and we appreciate you more than you know.

Happy Father’s Day, Houston—to all the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, father figures, and the moms who had to fill both roles. The world always needs more strong, loving fathers, and today we celebrate every single one of you. ♥️🍻
