Meet Abejita. 🐝

A little fall margarita. A little heat. A little honey.

Created by our Director of Beverage, Westin, Abejita (Spanish for “little bee”) brings together reposado tequila, sotol, pasilla chile liqueur, Mexican fernet, fresh bay leaf, citrus, and honey for a cocktail that's full of fall flavor without losing that bright, refreshing margarita feel.

A little unexpected, a lot easier to love than you might think.

Meet La Rosetta. 🌹

A little piece of Mexico City, reimagined by our very own Aurora.

Inspired by the iconic guava and cheese pastry from Panadería Rosetta, Aurora set out to bring those same flavors to the glass with an Old Fashioned-style twist.

Añejo charanda, guava, Mexican corn liqueur, and a cream cheese clarification come together for a cocktail that's bold, a little sweet, and full of character.

As Aurora puts it, "she's pretty boozy, but she's a sweet girl." And we think you'll get along just fine.

Meet Negroni en Barro 🏺

Not your typical Negroni, and that's exactly what Hector had in mind.

Inspired by his Mexican roots and a desire to put his own spin on a classic, Hector created a mezcal-based Negroni that rests in mole manchamanteles for 24 hours before making its home in a clay barrel.

The result? Layers of fruit, subtle spice, and an earthy character that continues to develop with every passing day. No two pours are quite the same.

Meet Las Raíces. 🍸

For Franky, this cocktail begins with raicilla and the generations of Mexican tradition behind it. That history became the inspiration for Las Raíces — a drink that looks to the past while playing with two familiar classics: the Margarita and the Last Word.

Mango-infused raicilla is layered with chile and spiced liqueurs, then balanced with malic acid and milk clarified for a smooth, refreshing finish.

Savory, spiced and a little unexpected, with a story that starts long before the first sip.

Meet Fool’s Rush In. 🥃

Created by our Director of Beverage, Westin, this one's a little Mexican wh***ey Coke. A little Batanga. A little Mexico meets America.

Made with Mexican wh***ey, Mexican amaro, salt and Sangría Señorial, then served with a side of spiced nuts. It’s an easy-drinking highball with a few more tricks up its sleeve.

Meet "Corazon de Melon" !

Inspired by the agua de melón Aurora grew up drinking at the Tampico Refresqueria in her neighborhood, this one brings a little nostalgia to the Bar Buena bar. Mexican rum, charanda, fresh melon cordial and lime come together for something bright, refreshing and made for the Texas sun.

Aurora’s take on a childhood favorite. Salud.
