New cereal, same childhood joy. 🌈☕️

Our Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal milk latte had a sweet run, and now we’re welcoming Fruity Pebbles to the lineup!

Available hot or iced. Come give it a try—we hope you find a new favorite. 💛

🍔 Weekend cravings? We’ve got you covered.

Meet our Angus Siphon Smash Burger — juicy Angus beef, perfectly smashed and seared, with melted cheese. Sometimes, simple is all you need. 🤤

Prefer yours fully loaded? Make it your own with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mustard, mayo, or aioli.

And what’s a great burger without the perfect drink? Pair it with your favorite espresso creation, matcha, golden milk latte, beetroot latte, or refreshing lemonade. Or try our Arnold Palmero — lemonade topped with hibiscus tea. 🌺🍋

Because Siphon is more than great coffee. It’s great food, too.

Come hungry this weekend. We’ll take care of the rest.

A cold front calls for something warm and comforting. 🍵🍃

Coffee may be our first love, but there’s always room for a great cup of tea! We’re proud to serve a wonderful variety of loose-leaf teas from our friends at Roots in Harmony.

Whether you’re a coffee lover or a tea enthusiast, we’ve got something to warm you up. Come get cozy with us at Siphon! ❤️

We’re closing a little early at 3 PM today as we spend some extra time training our team this weekend.

Come see us for your morning coffee, breakfast, or lunch! ☕️🐈‍⬛

Thanks for the love, Montrose! ❤️

Great coffee takes great baristas. ☕️

Siphon Coffee is looking for experienced baristas who take pride in their craft, bring warmth to every interaction, and keep things moving when the café is buzzing.

If you know your way around an espresso machine, care about consistency, and love getting to know your regulars, we’d love to meet you.

Join a busy Montrose neighborhood café where coffee, community, and teamwork come together—with competitive pay, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Early mornings at Siphon: coffee brewing, sunlight coming in, and familiar faces making the day a little brighter. Our regulars—on two legs and four—make this place feel like home. For some, it’s a second home, and we’re grateful to be part of their everyday routine. ☕🐾
