Over the next two weeks, we’ll be operating with temporary hours of 7:00 AM–3:00 PM as we focus on training, strengthening our team, onboarding new talent, and continuing to raise our standards.

This time will allow our leadership team to work directly alongside both existing team members and new hires to ensure we’re delivering the best possible experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Meet Leilani, one of the people who helps keep Siphon running smoothly every day.

Leilani is often the first smile our guests see when they walk through the door. She keeps our front of house organized, manages the point of sale, prepares our grab-and-go items, warms pastries, quiches, and empanadas, and makes sure the cold brew and nitro are always flowing.

Calm under pressure, dependable, and always welcoming, she’s the glue that helps hold everything together. When Leilani is here, things simply flow the way they should. She brings consistency, organization, and positive energy to every shift, helping create the experience our guests have come to expect from Siphon.

We’re grateful for her hard work, attention to detail, and genuine care for both our customers and our team. Thank you, Leilani, for being such an important part of the Siphon family. ☕️❤️

Magnificent F whole news!!
June 6th Saturday 5 until 7 siphon Coffeehouse
The magnificent F holes must be getting famous. I was actually recognized the other day. The woman said that’s him officer, but I digress from the Magnificent F Hole news!!
We are waiting for some news about playing downtown at Jones Hall, but we have heard nothing. We should call them.
Meanwhile, our guitar player Zack is in Helsinki where apparently he has become a popstar.
Also meanwhile, our Drummer Dave is being solicited for advice by the pope who (by the way Dave) has never come to our gig.
Our bass player will not make it to the upcoming gig due to a faulty stench coil.
Our piano player also will not be there, but they have removed the bullet and he is resting comfortably.
We had to have an intervention for our Conga player. We told him he could keep drinking and drugging, but he had to stop singing.

At Siphon, our baristas do a lot more than make great coffee.

They’re a critical part of our front-of-house team, making sure every order—whether dining in, takeout, or delivery—is accurate, complete, and served with care.

Jennifer is a great example of that commitment. She’s friendly, professional, takes her work seriously, and pays close attention to the details that help create a great experience for every guest.

Today she’s serving up three of our Siphon Cheeseburgers, but what you don’t see is all the work that goes into making sure every order leaves the counter exactly as it should.
