Mels'...yes...it's plural because there are two of us! MELinda & MELissa...we are sisters born and raised near the lakes and bayous of Louisiana but found our way to the great state of Texas many years ago! As kids, we used to go to the local seafood markets to get 10, 20, 30lbs of crawfish to go, spread out the newspaper, throw down the crawfish and enjoy it with family and friends without paying

restaurant prices! Having been in the Houston area since 1998, we had a hard time finding great seafood cooked "Louisiana" style and the concept of grab and go. We are excited to open in the Heights area of Houston, just inside the 610 inner loop. We've done the boiling for you; so just come get true "Louisiana" style crawfish...no dusting here folks!
