Special Today: Pork Belly Banh Mi (pronounced baa-n me). This classic Vietnamese sandwich is made with thick cut slices of roasted pork belly topped with cucumber, pickled carrots & daikon radish, sweet hoisin glaze, a touch of mayo, and fresh green onions & cilantro on a lightly toasted 8" Amarosa roll. Also the last day for the Phoenix Mash-terpiece chicken bowl, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and corn - and our PA Poutine (fries with gravy and Cooper Sharp American cheese).
