Not one, but TWO fabulous Picture Perfect Cakes this weekend!!!!

The first: Mile High Strawberry Shortcake. Three layers of fluffy vanilla cake filled with homemade strawberry sauce, fresh sliced strawberries, finished off with the finest homemade American buttercream. A true classic.

The second: Mile High Red Velvet Cheesecake. Three layers of classic red velvet cake with layers of creamy NY cheesecake sandwiched between them, frosted to perfection in American buttercream for the finish.

What a weekend.
