I hope everyone had a good 4th of July. I have been busy with jelly making and have 4 new flavors to bring to the market tomorrow. Howland Farmers' and Artisans' Market

Black Locust Flower Jelly: This jelly is fragrant and floral with a hint of melon.
Carrot Cake Jam: Carrots, pears, pineapple, and spices. Spread this on a piece of toast and it tastes just like carrot cake.
Dandelion Jelly: Sweet and tastes like honey.
Strawberry Mojito Jam: Strawberries, Limes, and Mint, combine to make a fresh flavor reminiscent of a cocktail.

New this week we have:
Chinese Plum Sauce: Perfect for your stir frys or any other use you can come up with. Plus for those with gluten sensitivities, this is made with gluten free soy sauce instead of the more typical soy sauce.
Rhubarb Vanilla Bean Jelly: This jelly is the tartness of rhubarb mixed with the sweetness of vanilla.
Plum Rhubarb Jam: Plums and Rhubarb make for a sweet but tart jam.

Three more flavors are ready for this weekend! Howland Farmers' and Artisans' Market Come see is from 10-2pm Sunday at the ball fields in Howland.

Sweet and Savory Rhubarb Jam: a mix of rhubarb, raisins, onion, vinegar, molasses and sugar. This Jam has a hint of sweetness to it, but would be great on a cracker with some cheese.
Lilac Lemonade Jelly: Lilacs and fresh squeezed lemon juice make for a great pairing in a drink. Now try it as a jelly!
Lilac Jelly: With all the lilacs blossoming around making a batch of Lilac jelly for you to enjoy was an easy pick.
