Today is a bittersweet day as we say goodbye to our incredible Chef Alyssa on her last day with New City. ❤️

For nearly a decade, Chef Alyssa has served as our Executive Pastry Chef and Production Manager, bringing unmatched creativity, leadership, and passion to everything she does.
We’re so grateful for everything she’s done to help shape who we are today, helping us grow from 1 scoop shop in Hudson to now 6.

While today marks her last official day, she’ll still be around help to support us as we continue to grow into the future. Thank you for everything Chef Alyssa!!
