NBC’s The Voice semifinalist from Team Reba is back after an incredible performance at Max’s. Known for his signature “dirty soul” sound, Adam blends soul, jazz, funk, and R&B with powerhouse vocals and an unforgettable stage presence.

No cover. Just great live music, food, and drinks in downtown Hudson.

From chef-curated plates to handcrafted cocktails, this is the food everyone’s been raving about.

From our Almond Crusted Rainbow Trout and Signature Crab Cakes to the Shrimp Po’ Boy, Sticky Caramel Monkey Bread, and Lemon Drop Martini, we’re seeing your photos, reading your reviews, and loving every minute of it.

We’ve heard things like “this trout was insane” and “this is definitely not your typical bar menu.” Others have told us the Lemon Drop Martini is the best in Hudson and that one meal at Max’s felt like a mini vacation.

That means everything to us. Thank you to everyone who has stopped in, shared a photo, posted a review, or told a friend about Max’s. We put a lot of heart into creating food and drinks that stand out, and we’re grateful to see so many of you enjoying them.
