If you are having trouble finding I'm Better Pickled and us at the In a Pickle / Festival this weekend, Sept 6 & 7, we are not in the main festival area. For some reason, we were moved north of the main area.
If you're in the main festival area, head north toward Kingwood Drive, past the flagpole, across the street, past Chachi's, to the shops and restaurants. We're in front of the alley next to Taste of Thai & Sushi.
Look forward to seeing everyone. We have lots of our favorites, like dill (spears, chips, and whole), bread and butter, pickled okra, pickled green beans, pickled garlic, etc., but new/different items, like pickled green tomatoes, pickled garlic, pickled baby corn, pickled kale and collard greens--which are FANTASTIC with fried catfish, balsamic onion jam, and others.
We'll also have dill pickle Jell-O shots and Picklesicles--frozen pickle brine on a stick!!
