We are all set up at YLNI downtown from 9-1. Come see us!

We are right at the intersection of Berry and Barr Street ā€” blue canopy tent.

We have our market size soft pretzels for $5 in salted, cinnamon crunch, cheddar, jalapeƱo cheddar and our new cheddar ranch.

In addition we have whole loaves of our super soft iced cinnamon raisin braid $12.

There will also be Sā€™mores soft dessert pretzels $6 a little later (taking forever to rise sorry).

šŸ„ØšŸ„ØšŸ„ØGood morning! Tomorrow is the big day! Our first market at YLNI and weā€™re excited and nervous but more importantly, grateful!

Here is the menu. We went simple this week so we didnā€™t get overwhelmed.

Also, unfortunately we wonā€™t be able to have a porch market today or tomorrow. I am so sorry for having to cancel it šŸ˜ž. I was hoping we could but I am running a little behind on prep for tomorrow. We will resume having them again next week as we navigate this new season of amazing markets and opportunities.

We will, however, be bringing any leftovers back from the market (if there are any) and selling them on the porch.

One more super quick note. Unfortunately we had to sit down and take a good look at costs and have made the tough decision every home baker dreads which is to have to raise prices. We have been making a smaller pretzel for $3 each for some time but with the pretzels being a lot of hands on work and using time consuming techniques and small batch logistics we have decided to go back to the larger size at a higher price point. We hope you understand. We will do everything we can to keep costs low and give you the best value for dollar you can buy

We will be downtown tomorrow (Saturday) from 9-1. Weā€™ll be there with around 200 other vendors for what is consistently voted the best market in the state! šŸ¤©.

Quick reminder we will not have a porch market in the morning but we will set one up later in the afternoon if we have anything left over from the morning market

Speaking of ā€¦.donā€™t forget, we will be at Allen County Marketplace tomorrow (Saturday) from 9-1 at 1010 Carroll road (Pathway Church).

We will have soft pretzels in 4 flavors: salted, cinnamon crunch, cheddar and jalapeƱo cheddar and a limited amount of our cherry cobbler cake.

We have a couple quick updates and announcements.

Porch market is open from 10-8 today (Friday).

Lots of good leftovers from the Leo Market last night.

Everything is priced as marked ā€” sourdough half loaves ($2 each), jalapeƱo cheddar sourdough half loaves ($3 each), soft pretzels ($1 each) and our new Sā€™mores pretzels ($2 each).

Also donā€™t forget we will be at Allen County Marketplace tomorrow (Saturday) 1010 Carroll Road from 9-1.

Also we will not have a porch market tomorrow morning, sorry šŸ˜ž. It will start later in the afternoon after the farm market is over.

Challah is out of the oven and theyā€™re huge! Lots of super fluffy soft egg bread goodness for sandwiches, French toast or butter bread. They are plain (no raisins or orange zest). They will be out there in about an hour.
