Tonight’s Chair Yoga session at Lake Rays’ Nutrition was exactly what we needed!

After a relaxing evening of movement, stretching, laughter, and connection, everyone got to choose a refreshing drink from our Hydration Station 🧋✨

We may have arrived tired… but we definitely left with more smiles, relaxed minds, and happy hearts than when we came in! 😊
