The first ever Block City Pizza Pizza Olympics will be held at the McKenzie Block City Pizza this Sunday, July 19 at 12:00. We have decided this will probably be a small event since we are just doing it for the first time but spectators are welcome to come watch for just $5 a person. Money will be going toward cash prizes for the participants ☺️ there will be a few pizzas made during the event so hopefully people will be able to get a slice while they're there but it will be first come first serve! We appreciate anyone who is willing to come support our employees and hopefully we can make this a fun event we do more often! 😁

‼️We need your input‼️

We are going to try to do an event this year that we have been considering for years! The Block City Pizza Olympics would be hosted at McKenzie Block City Pizza on a Sunday in July. We would also hope for it to be between 12-4 for anyone who needs to get to church before or after. We will have for sure date and time when we know more about the interest in the event.

The Olympics will include different events for our employees from all three stores to compete against each other to see who are the best pizza makers. The events will include relay races, dough throwing, and different parts of the pizza making. The hold up now is that we will be making a lot of pizzas and using a lot of products for the event to happen.

So our question to you is would anyone be interested in watching our employees compete and eating some of the food after for a $5 admission fee? We don't want to be wasteful and want this to be something fun for everyone involved. Also do you have any suggestions on how we could make it fun for the community to be involved? We want any input you have!
