After spending the first 18 years of my life in Edmond, Oklahoma, I decided to leave everything I knew behind and move to California for college. After graduation, I took another leap of faith and moved to Bondi Beach, Australia. I had almost no plans, no job, and no place to live. After two years of creating a l
ife I loved in Australia, I got a call from my dad that changed everything. His voice was shaking as he told me his doctors had discovered a tumor. International flights would be ceasing 36 hours from the time he called due to COVID, so I had a decision to make. I BOOMERANGED HOME FROM AUSTRALIA & BACK TO MY FAMILY ROOTS. Shortly after I landed in the U.S., God answered our prayers. We found out my dad’s tumor was non-invasive cancer with a normal life expectancy. I still wanted to do everything I could to help him stay healthy as he went through treatment, so I started fueling him with a staple from my time in Australia: açai bowls. My mom pitched the idea of putting these bowls in a food truck to serve the community. I have always seen my hometown as an extension of my family, so I jumped at the idea of sharing this food I loved with everyone I knew. I bought my first truck, created our brand, got our trademarks, and started the hustle without looking back. Our ingredients are pure, vegan, and organic. We avoid refined sugar and dairy so that each of you can enjoy clean eating. Our mission is simple:
