We are hiring at our quaint location in the Old World Village, HB.

We're on the hunt for people with an unending will to share all things coffee with the amazing people who visit us in search of the best coffee experience of their lives! We are seeking to hire strong barista candidates who understand and LOVE the tales of COFFEE and who can deliver a high level of customer service, care, cleanliness and well handcrafted coffee.

WE ONLY INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES WITH A STRONG BACKGROUND IN HOSPITALITY/COFFEE & WHO HAVE A PASSION FOR COFFEE AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERY ASPECT OF IT.

Requirements

-Exceptional customer service first and foremost, Outgoing, friendly personality

-Have an open availability

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

-Embrace change and growth in a positive manne

-Communicate professionally and kindly with customer

-Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers

-Passionate about coffee and tea

- Top quality products oriented mentality

-Preferred: 1-year minimum barista experience or 1-year minimum in food service/hospitality

-Must be 18 years of age

- Immediate availability and flexibility to adapt to our shifts needs

- Reliable

-Knowledge & desire for knowledge of coffee

-Leadership

- Efficient and energetic

- High level of personal hygiene

-Clean work habits & clean in appearance

- Capacity to work, fast and precise under pressure

Ideally, a candidate should already have or be interested in developing his/her barista skills - manual espresso, slow bar tools, & latte art, and must also be eager to grow and learn more about the art of specialty coffee.
