Thank you all for your patience with us during this process as we hope to wrap this project up soon! We anticipate hopefully having some inspections done next week, then a process of paperwork filing for licensing, and hopefully if all goes well, looking forward to be open for service at the end of the month. I apologize for not as many updates lately but the needle has constantly moved on us and has been challenging to navigate and nail down a hard date. We thank you all, love you guys, and will make another post

I apologize that I have not posted in a while as we have hit a few obstacles. We are progressing. In the process of installing a grease trap for the building which has to go in the ground, tying in proper plumbing inside and out. Some projects have been completed and others are still in the works to bring this property up to code. We hope to be completed at the end of this month or the beginning of March. Thank you for your patience and can’t wait to see you all again! Praying for you and hope are doing great!

Good Friday morning December 12th! We are making good progress at the brick and mortar and we anticipate a mid January opening. That being said we are looking to expand our staff and will have a few opportunities to apply in person over the next couple of weeks. The first opportunity will be tomorrow December 13th from 11-2 at 11243 South Memorial Parkway. Interested applicants must be comfortable in an open style, friendly, and fast paced environment! Looking to add experienced cooks and qualified staff with a variety of skill sets. We will continue to post our progress and we are looking forward to serving you at the new location!

Good Wednesday morning October 29th hope you guys are all doing great! Just a couple of pictures from October 12th to today showing the progress of the renovation. Lots of steps to happen before we reopen and not sure exactly what that date will be at this time but just wanted to give an update as we are working diligently to complete this project!
