Tomorrow, The Crust is back and the Grain Bin Bar officially opens for business.

And somewhere, a woman named Susan is already preparing a Facebook post about “respect” and “standards.”

Meanwhile, we’re bringing back:
• loud laughter
• drinks stronger than sweet tea
• good pizza
• women with opinions

Gather 'round folks. Just gonna get this out of the way ahead of time.

It doesn't matter if you know the owner, know the bartender, went to school with us, are related to somebody, or whatever it may be. Congratulations on your local lore. Still doesn’t give you exempt status.

We don't care who you are, where you're from, what you did...(anyone else singing it in their head?).

What we're NOT going to tolerate:
Starting drama.
Disrespecting staff.
Acting entitled.
Treating our bartenders like garbage.
Or confusing “small town” with “no rules.”

We worked too hard for this place to let one idiot ruin it for everybody else.

SWORDFISH KILLER DIP

Before you ask:
No, there is not swordfish in it.
There has never been swordfish in it.
There probably never will be swordfish in it.

It’s Danny’s recipe and apparently at some point in his life he decided “Swordfish Killer” was a nickname that made sense for a man from Missouri with zero known ties to the ocean. (and if you know him - this checks out)

What IS in it:
horseradish, bacon, bad decisions, and enough flavor to make you briefly forget your credit card debt.

Served with chips until we sell out or Danny starts telling the story behind the nickname again.

‼️🍺THE WAIT IS OVER!! 🍺‼️

The last time Huntsville had a bar, some of us were still little kids absolutely dominating shuffleboard while our parents chain smoked indoors and said things like “don’t tell your mother where I’m at." (not like we experienced that or anything...)

Now those same kids are a few years past legal drinking age with mortgages, anxiety, lower back pain, and a suspiciously high tolerance for alcohol.

Anyway...after way too many years, Huntsville finally has a bar again. 🍻

The Grain Bin is stocked, cold, and fully operational starting Wednesday at 4:00 at The Crust.

God bless small towns, poor supervision, and the fact that we all somehow made it out alive.

And because some of you have trouble reading - our location is 642 Huntsville Ave in Huntsville.
