As many of you know, I am working full time again and no longer have the time that it takes to run this food business. I am looking to sell this established high volume business. This is for someone that wants to be self employed and run a full time business. There is plenty of work out there to be had. I will provide new owner with all our recipes for our homemade food we do for our catering and train them on how we ran things if they want to do the same. They can also take over the spot I have to park and sell food any time. The community has been Extremely good to us with the bbq and smash burgers and I thank all of our supporters for that. Custom Trailer Pros BBQ porch trailer. It is a 2025 custom built by Custom Trailer Pros with 16ft kitchen and 10ft porch. 26ft total with 7000lb axles. Porch is fully enclosed and lockable when not in use and 100% screened in when gull wings are open to keep flies out. Equipment list that is included. Large stand up warming cabinet, 36" flattop with oven, 40lb fryer, electric 2 bay steam table, single door freezer, 2 door large fridge, double door prep table with fridge, fry warmer, chain drive bun toaster, refrigerated condiment station, hood with full fire suppression, tables and shelves, electric awning, electric tounge jack, large 3 bay sink, hand wash sink, extra hand wash sink on the porch, upgraded larger water tank and 2 grey water tanks. Has rooftop a/c with heat. Also has mini split with heat mounted on wall. 2 year old Reqtec BFG 2500 pellet smoker. Kubota GL11000 diesel generator that runs everything with less than 200 hours. 2 100lb propane tanks. I had this trailer custom built and was completed on January 1st of 2025. It has been used for 1.5 seasons and works extremely well and is set up very nice. There is very minor bumps and bruises from normal use. There is great demand for food in our area. It is located in Huron SD. This trailer scored 100% with the state health department and has no issue getting licenses and permits anywhere. Super clean. You will not be disappointed.
