I made a double batch of the LEMON LOAF with BLUEBERRIES.

I wanted to try a NEW Rice Krispie Treat. Now, my thought is you are going to want more than one, so I cut them LARGE on purpose. Come try them and tell me if it is a winning recipe. Does browning the butter first really take them to another level? Does adding a Cinnamon Sugar Cereal make them more irresiatable?!

Monster Cookies have more chocolate chips, because I accidently purchased MINi-Chocolate Chips. I just might need to have this accident more often! Who does not want to taste CHOCOLATE with every single bite?

Of course, I am bringing Banana Bread, Cloud 9 Cookies and a few Chocolate Chip Cookies.

I am here at the Mid-Kansas Flea Market at the Kansas State Fair until 4 p.m.

Here is what I have left:

(1) 6-pack Chocolate Chip
(1) 6 - Pack Cloud 9 Cookie
(4) Lemon Loaves
(4) Brownie Cakes (Butterscotch Chips & Toasted Coconut)
(4) Mpnster Cookies

I do have Mini -Tropical Banana Bread (with Pineapple & Coconut), but I have been giving those out FREE with any purchase!!

They let me have a 2nd table, so I filled it with treasures! It has been fun talking to collectors.

Lately, I have stumbled upon some of the best recipes and the one that I found to make this LEMON LOAF just might make everyone chase me down at the markets!!

You may not know, but I really do low batch everything to take to markets. This way, I can have a nice variety and either sell out or get pretty close. I get to always stand on my militant baking philosophy that my customers deserve freshness.

I was able to get eight (8) Mini-Lemon Loaves out of one batch. It was a quick and enjoyable recipe, so I do plan to have this at the Farmer's Market on Wednesday & Saturday, incase you miss me at the Mid-Kansas Flea Market at the Kansas State Fairgrounds tomorrow (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.).

These will be $5 and would be great for breakfast, snack or dessert!

Tell me what you think I should bake today to prepare for it? Someone asked me to make something with Lemon , so I think I have two great ideas to make something special.

I know I will make the brownie cakes for sure. If you have not had one, I promise you need to!

Aidan is a Hutchinson native and a Presidential Gold Scholar at Hutchinson Community College, where he is pursuing a degree in History while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. He is active in Student Government, Track & Field, Symphonic Band, Phi Theta Kappa, and the Honors Program, and is passionate about leadership and serving his community.

You will need to hurry down and snag one of the NEW Mini-Cookie Butter Cookie Cakes. I was test batching and only made six (6). They are decorated with a NEW Cookie Nip Buttercream. Just like the Cloud 9 Buttercream, it is not made with butter or milk product.

Last week, I did a test batch of the Brownie Cake and they were so good, so I made another small batch this week.

I have been busy making new items, that I made the mistake of swapping out the sweets, but I had too many asking me to make the PINEAPPLE UPSIDE CAKE this week, so you got it!!

Along with Mini-Banana Bread and Cookie boxes and Monster Cookies, I think I am baked up for a great market!

Everyone is enjoying the 'Dirty Soda' Kits. I am bringing a couple new flavors this week! You can either take them home or I am happily mixing it for you to enjoy while you shop.

I brought something NEW to Farmer's Market!

If you love Brownies, you are going to love the Brownie Cake. It is a Brownie topped with Butterscotch Chips and flakes of Coconut with a GOOEY topping! They are available with or without Pecans.

I made more variery boxes of baked cookies: (2) Chcolate Chip, (2) Peanut Butter and (2) Cloud 9

Plus. Banana Bread and Monster Cookies.

I decided to top the Chocolate Chip Cookie Cakes with a 'Happy Father's Day' image.
