EVERYTHING IS BEING SOLD TOGETHER. WE WILL NOT SPLIT ITEMS AT THE MOMENT.

Due to many reasons we have decided to sell the equipment and the storage building in the back of the shop. Everything in the shop and storage building will be included. There is enough equipment to run 2 locations. There are a few pieces of equipment that will not be included due to they being on a lease, unless you would like to pay off the lease. The equipment on lease is the current espresso machine, ice maker, and commercial oven. I do have another espresso machine to replace the leased machine. There is also another ice maker in the storage building. Any questions just ask. I'll add more pictures as soon as i can. Price is $20,000.
There is soooo much more. I'll get more pictures. If you would like to see it message us and we will arrange a time to see it.
