FRIDAY (May 29) OPEN 11-2 & CLOSED TONIGHT!! We will have Fish available Saturday Night. But, if you’re craving some fish tonight, you can run over to the Lolli + Pops Diner in Valliant, The Oaks Steakhouse in Broken Bow or the Stevens Gap in Hochatown. They’ve all won Best Fish awards or had stories written about their fish or been on the tv for their fish..so take you a little drive and go get you some best fish! Or you can sit at home and gripe cause we ain’t open and come get you some fish tomorrow night! You got options! 🎣

Our good friends at PopBelly Shrimp will have their food truck at TS parking lot in Idabel today from 1:00 to 7:00. If you haven't tried them, go by and give them a chance. Some good people with some good food!

I’m not a big fan of sourdough bread, so she made me some regular jalapeno cheddar bread, and It is DELICIOUS!! If you noticed you got some complimentary coleslaw with your fish last night, don't get too excited..it won’t be a regular item! I don’t like coleslaw, and the only reason it was there was because Donnie Pollard orders it every time he comes in, even though he knows I don’t have it, he still orders it. So yesterday, I thought, I’ll be nice and make ol’ Donnie Pollard some coleslaw! I didn't taste it myself, because I don’t like it, so I don’t know if it was any good or not. But if you tried it and you liked it, make sure to thank Donnie Pollard and let him know how delicious it was…especially since he didn't bother to come in last night! 🤦🏻‍♀️

The Marilyn has been released!! One clinic visit, three hospital visits, eight doctors, one surgeon..all because a teeny tiny piece of plastic popped off the rim of a water bottle and became embedded in her throat. Thank you again to the ER Nurses and Doctors at Christus St. Michael, and the 2nd floor & Surgical Nurses and Doctors at Longview Regional Hospital for the excellent care and concern! And a very special thank you to Jeanette Pappas at Christus St. Michael for EVERYTHING!! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank y’all so much for the prayer chains for my momma! She’s out of surgery and doing well! They have a few things they need to keep an eye on, but the surgeon is confident they’re on the right track. The Christus St Michael ER Staff and the Longview Regional Hospital Staff have been absolutely amazing! The nurses and doctors went out of their way to figure out the problem and then found the right surgeon to take care of her. They’ve been nothing but kind and compassionate to her and have stayed in constant communication with our family throughout this ordeal. We are truly blessed to have found such a caring group of doctors and nurses! ❤️❤️

CLEAN THE FRUIT!! If you operate a food service business, such as a restaurant, food truck, or catering service, CLEAN THE FRUIT!! If you've ever attended an event and seen fruit with tiny black particles on it 🙋🏻‍♀️ it's because they didn’t clean the fruit correctly. They probably rinsed it in some water for a few seconds and then slapped it on that cute charcuterie board and called it good! Soak the fruit in a solution of vinegar and water, baking soda and water, or a combination of all of it, I don’t care! Just clean the fruit and get that gross stuff off of it before we eat it! 🤢
