I’d be LYING if I said I never wanted to give up on this. Learning how to decorate cakes, try recipes, figuring things out as I go, making mistakes, starting over, comparing myself to people who have been doing this for years and juggling mom/ my personal life on top of it all, there have been so many moments where I’ve questioned whether I should keep going. But my heart always brings me back to this 🎂🩷 I genuinely LOVE creating. I love taking an idea and turning it into something real. I love seeing what I create come together piece by piece, and I love knowing that something I made gets to be part of someone’s birthday, celebration, or special moment. And I am SO incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted me with their orders 🥹 To my past clients, thank you for trusting me when you could have chosen anyone. To my future clients, I’m already so excited for the memories and creations we haven’t made yet 🩷 To everyone who has referred someone to me, shared my posts, recommended my cakes, cheered me on, or simply liked and supported my little business, thank you. It truly means more than you know. And to the other cake artists and small businesses who have referred their own clients to me when they couldn’t take an order themselves… that kind of support and trust will NEVER go unnoticed. There is room for all of us to grow, and I’m so thankful for the people who choose to support one another instead of compete 🎀 This little business has challenged me in ways I never expected, but it has also reminded me that sometimes the things you almost give up on are the things your heart was meant to keep pursuing.
