General information
We are mobile bbq vendors that travel around eastern Washington, all over the Colville indian reservation and plan to expand further out all in good time. *All of our meat is smoked in horizontal barrel smokers low and slow* *We use only premium organic apple and cherry wood harvested fom Washington orchards in our smokers* *Our rubs are made in house with the freshest spices available* *All sides are homade, our baked beans have smoked pork rib and shoulder meat in them* (A crowd favorite)
