By 1979, big names were on board! Southern Pride smokers powered up Sonny’s BBQ and Bar-B-Cutie, helping them deliver that authentic hickory flavor at scale. These partnerships proved our innovation was built for the real BBQ world. Shoutout to the chains that believed early—who's using Southern Pride today? Drop your spot!

We don’t just feed humans around here. You have to keep your pups happy also.

Go check them out! I am smoking the pulled pork for them.

🐂 The 1871

A tribute to Kansas City’s cattle and rail heritage.

Two fresh ground beef patties crowned with ¼ lb of slow-smoked pulled pork- from “Simpson's BBQ”, melted American cheese, and triple smoked bacon, all served on a grill-top toasted bun — hearty, historic, and unmistakably KC.

This stockyard classic pairs perfectly with our handcrafted Old Fashioned made with West Bottoms Wh***ey Co.. Kansas City Wh***ey

We lost a good one! John Kerry you will be missed by lots! The nicest man you could meet! You could call him any time of the day and he would be there. I wouldn’t be where I am today without this man. He’s the one that got me started in the BBQ business. The ladies man. RIP my friend, In till we meet again.
