John and I want to thank all the guests who take such nice care of our staff. We appreciate that you are gracious with tipping, whether it is as a to-go or when you come in to eat. Our staff is wonderful; they work very hard and they truly work together - front of the house and back of the house. We couldn't serve you all as well as we do without them.
We are truly thankful to be running a business in this town.

Now I have no idea what to do, because the oven door is facing the wall.
