🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness & Clay Workshop 🧘‍♀️

Join us at our Mexican War Streets cafe for a hands-on practice in mindfulness and creative flow led by featured artist Courtney Williams 🧑‍🎨

Create your own wall-hanging or vessel inspired by nature and guided by intuition in this welcoming, judgement free space 🕊

The evening will begin with instruction on foundational techniques of hand-building- pinching, coiling, and slab building, leading into a guided mindfulness practice to cultivate creative flow 🌀

Ceramic pieces will be fired by the artist and returned to each participant to keep. No experience necessary-- all are welcome!

Under the leadership of Señor Hildilberto Roman, Teojomulco is produced by 30 families in Sierra Sur, Oaxaca - one of Mexico’s most remote coffee-growing regions.

Most Sierra Sur coffee-growers work on small farms and speak indigenous Mesoamerican languages. Though exporting from this region is uncommon, these producers have developed creative solutions to bring this incredible quality coffee to specialty markets around the world.

We've continued sourcing Teojomulco since 2021 due to it's clean, very sweet profile. It's a phenomenal representation of Oaxacan washed coffee, and we’re grateful to highlight the work of this group of talented farmers.
