Our Burger Special this week is The G.O.A.T. ! Our fresh/never frozen half-pound steakburger, grilled as you like and topped with a blend of crumbled goat cheese, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic and a hint of Sriracha with our red pepper pesto on the bun 🔥

Our new Grilled Yellowfin Ahi Tuna Sandwich topped with a sweet Thai chili glaze has already become a crowd pleaser! Try one!

Our Soups are Chicken Tortilla and White Bean Pulled Pork Chili 🔥

And sorry...STILL no Fried Green Tomatoes. The quality is just not there and the pricing is ridiculous. Not a good combination 😢

Our Bread Pudding is Summer Berries & Cream! Made with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries & raspberries with a sweetened cream cheese center and topped with vanilla bean ice cream and a berry caramel whiskey sauce! YUMMERS!

AES Indiana is currently performing electric system upgrades along
Broad Ripple Ave and nearby areas. This work is taking place within the
road right-of-way and includes replacing aging electric lines and poles to
improve reliability.

Work Area: Crews will be working along Broad Ripple Avenue, primarily between College and Primrose avenues, with activity moving in sections as the project progresses.

Starts: April 2026
Duration: ~ 4 MONTHS

Crews will move block by block, typically working in one area for a short period of time. Business access will be maintained, though temporary adjustments may be needed during active work. Intermittent lane restrictions, with traffic impacts increasing as work progresses along the corridor. Crews will replace aging electric lines and poles along the corridor

Work hours: 7 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays.
Planned outages may occur but are coordinated in advance whenever possible with restoration of affected areas after construction is complete.

I have questions. Did this work need to be done? Absolutely. Did it need to be done in the middle of PEAK business season for Our Village? Absolutely not.

It's here again! It's THIRD THURSDAY in Our Village and Mother Nature has dialed up ANOTHER beauty, confirmed by Todd! 🌞

While we know that the "official" hours for tonight are 6 - 9 PM, we're going to kick it off early over here. Isaac has some great food specials lined up, Lauren is here with her usual list of killer cocktails PLUS we'll also be offering $2 off ALL draft beers and $5 "Long Drink" specials beginning at FOUR O'CLOCK! So get your Third Thursday started early RIGHT HERE and then go carouse Our Village!

Live music at multiple locations, interactive activities and health/wellness attractions, special events at retailers and restaurants and THIS WEATHER!

We know you're all craving our Fried Green Tomatoes and we'd ordinarily have them by now but here's the situation:

As of April 2026, the tomato market is experiencing significant disruption due to severe weather conditions in key growing regions, leading many suppliers to invoke "Act of God" (force majeure) clauses. This has resulted in critical supply shortages and high market prices.

Translation: The quality is nowhere near our standards, even if they were FREE - which they most definitely are NOT. I've ordered cases at least a dozen times and have sent them back every single time.
