Experience an unforgettable evening at Italica as Chef Santos and Sommelier Ralph E. Perrotta present a five-course “Tour of Spain & Italy” wine dinner.

Wednesday, June 3, 2026
6p.m. to 9 p.m.

This intimate culinary experience pairs refined European wines with beautifully crafted seasonal dishes including smoked salmon éclair with caviar, seared scallops, lobster ravioli, house-made tagliatelle, and slow-braised beef cheek.

With Ralph guiding guests through each pairing and sharing stories from his years in hospitality, wine, and spirits education, the evening is designed to feel elegant, approachable, and immersive.

Seats are extremely limited and these dinners typically sell out quickly.
