I apologize for not cooking this week. I have not felt well and just couldn't get started. I will be cooking next week and will have bacon cheeseburger casserole and a cauliflower and zucchini bake. I will have this ready on Tuesday.

By special requests I will be making chicken and broccoli and zucchini lasagna again. This will be ready on Tuesday. If all goes well we will have bacon cheeseburger casserole and one other dish on Friday.

The menu for the week is zucchini lasagna and creamy spinach with chicken. I can always make special orders. If there is something you would like to have, just give me a couple of days notice.
I'm going to start concentrating on a low carb menu since so many people are diabetic or trying to lose weight.

This week I will be offering 4 different casseroles.
Cheesy chicken and broccoli casserole
Spaghetti casserole
Chicken casserole with cornbread dressing and tuna noodle

I am starting a new monthly special:
$40 a month and you can choose any 4 of the medium sized that feeds 2-3. They are regularly $13 each.
For the family size 2 for $40, regularly $25 each.
I can have your order ready Monday evening or delivered to school on Tuesday morning Tuesday is a late stay day, ladies. This would be great to take home. 😊

I'm not sure if I have updated the sizes and prices since I've started but here they are, just in case.

Small single serving is $10
Medium feeds 2 is 13 or 2 for $25
Large family size is $25
