OPEN May through Halloween! The restaurant adjoins the historic Iola Mill.

The Millstone features casual dining, espresso, locally brewed beer and handmade gelato in a variety of unique flavors. The Mill is a grist and saw mill turned museum and performance space. It is available for tours, private parties and open concerts during the summer.

In 1857, Henry Wipf and his two sons, Jacob and Conrad 'rented' 2/3's interest in the mill property and by 1866 had become the sole owners. The Wipf family and their descendants continued to own and operate the mills for the next 100 years. (more Wipf descendants pictured in the comments)
