What is weird? Does one earn the right to be weird or to label others weird? Consider a man, who is labeled weird by a group of his peers, neighbors, colleagues, or whatever the social group. Is he weird or just different than the herd? What if someone told you a story after hearing you call him weird. The man served his country proudly, and went off to a foreign land to put himself in harms way proudly serving the principals of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness (I am going to add weirdness here too).
He was honorably discharged and awarded medals for merit and commendation. He chose a caring profession and has saved more than one life. He has also helped families through watching cancer take a loved one and received heartfelt thanks from those families, years later. He pays all his debts, on time, pays his taxes, and has no felony nor misdemeanor convictions of any kind.
He supported and loved his son and would gladly give his life for his family.
