Happy Halloween from all of us at Melini! 🎃👻

Our crew dressed up for the occasion this year, and yes, Nacho came ready to wrestle 🤼‍♂️. We had a pack of leopards 🐆, a creature of the night 🧛, and plenty of smiles under that mural tonight.

To everyone heading out trick-or-treating, please keep an eye out for the little ones, take it slow on the roads 🚗, and check those treats before digging in 🍬. We hope your night is full of good costumes, good candy, and good company.

You’ve been going back and forth about dinner since lunch. Nobody wants to cook, nobody can decide, and it’s only Wednesday.

A few of our after-hours guests stopped by this week, and they were not impressed. No pumpkins. No cobwebs. Not a single bat. 🎃🕸️🦇

So of course, they rolled up their sleeves (do ghosts have sleeves?) and decorated the place themselves. 👻

And here's the best part: Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, which means Piazza Melini Pizza Bar is open from 9pm to midnight. 🍕🍹 Grab a pizza, grab a drink, and come say hi to our new decorating crew. We hear they're sticking around for the party.

Costumes encouraged. Ghosts included. 👻

Benvenuti to our new menus! 🍝

If the cover looks familiar, it should. We put Gato Leyva's mural from the side of our building right on the front, so a little piece of downtown Ironton greets you every time you sit down with us.

We want to be upfront with our neighbors: along with the new look, you'll notice some price changes. Like a lot of local restaurants, we've seen the cost of ingredients and supplies go up, and we've worked hard to keep changes as small as we could while never cutting corners on what goes on your plate. Same recipes, same care, same team you know.

This week's specials are here, and we think you're going to love them.

The Pollo Rosa is back on the board, alongside a rich Seafood Alfredo and our Eggplant Parmesan, layered and baked until the cheese turns golden. And for something a little special, the Lobster & Shrimp Ravioli is one you'll want to share (but probably won't).

Every special comes with your choice of a side salad or a cup of soup. This week's soups are Tuscan Bean & Sausage, Shrimp & Corn Chowder, Italian Wedding, and Stuffed Pepper. With the weather cooling down, it's the perfect time for a warm bowl.

Meet the Team: Matt Fisher

Say hello to Matt! He joined the Melini family just two weeks ago and is already fitting right in.

Matt hails from Jackson, Ohio. When he's not here with us, you might find him playing video games, or slamming people in the ring. Matt has been a pro wrestler since 2017 and is currently training right here in town at Wrestleland in Ironton. 💪

His favorite meal? A good sirloin steak. A man who knows what he likes.
