After many messages, and tags asking about our reopening, it’s time for our official answer. Earl’s will not be opening this season. The Frye Family continues to battle serious ongoing health issues. We are not interested in questions regarding the selling of the business or other negative feedback about our continued closure. We will continue to focus on our families health and wellbeing. We thank our loyal community for your support during these continued difficult times.

A beloved member of our family passed away Thursday evening. You may have seen her smiling face at the store over the many years we were open. Please say an extra prayer for the Frye families during these difficult times.

Just a quick update; we will not be opening for the 2024 season. We have finally made some progress in our plans to renovate our building for a future opening date, but it’s difficult to say when construction will be able to commence or how long the project will take. Unfortunately our family is going through a very difficult time right now, so patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Hello friends‼️

There’s been many questions in regards to when/if Earl’s will be open this summer.

Due to continued health concerns and further business redevelopment, we have decided to remain closed for another season. ☹️

❌The Whip is not for sale. ❌It will continue to remain with the Frye family. We have big ideas and dreams for it. However just like all good things, ideas and change takes time. We will keep you posted as things progress. We look forward to seeing you again for ice cream in the future.

After heavy consideration and on going family medical issues, we announce that Earl’s Dairy Whip will not be opening for the 2022 season. We will be taking this time to revamp our business and remodel our building. While allowing the family to come back healthier and ready to best serve our community in 2023.
