We’ve seen a few comments asking, “Another coffee shop?”

Totally fair — Franklin has a lot of great coffee, and we love being part of a community that supports so many local spots.

That said, BSF Nitro Brew House isn’t a traditional coffee shop.

We’re a nitro bar. Everything we serve is nitrogen-infused — coffee, tea, lemonades, and more. No espresso machines, just a focus on texture, balance, and letting each drink speak for itself.

Only 2 of our 8 taps are coffee. The rest are non-coffee options designed to be smooth, refreshing, and intentionally not sugar-forward.

For context, a 24oz drink here typically uses up to 1oz of syrup — and many use none at all. That’s a deliberate choice, not a judgment — it’s simply the style of drinks we love and wanted to build around.

BSF Nitro Brew House exists alongside the amazing coffee scene in Franklin — not to replace it, but to offer something a little different for people curious about nitro, coffee-forward drinks, and a more savory pairing experience.

There are a lot of coffee shops out there.
So we decided not to open another one.

We’re opening a nitro bar.

Every drink we serve is nitrogen infused — coffee, teas, lemonades, and more.

No espresso machine. No fizzy carbonation. No shortcuts.

Nitrogen changes everything:
• ultra-smooth, creamy mouthfeel
• less bitterness
• slightly sweeter taste without adding sugar
• zero carbonation bite

It’s not a trend. It’s science.

And it’s the reason your drink drinks different.

To our knowledge, this will be the first nitro-only bar in the state — and the closest concept like it we could find is hundreds of miles away.

This isn’t about being different just to be different.
It’s about creating an experience you can’t get anywhere else around here.
