Well… you guys showed UP this holiday weekend 😅🍕

Because of the overwhelming support from the community, ETA Pie has officially SOLD OUT of dough for the night. We can’t thank everyone enough for keeping us so busy these past few days.

We sincerely apologize to anyone we couldn’t get a pizza to tonight — our team worked nonstop and you cleaned us out faster than we could keep up.

We’ll be back at it with fresh dough and full ovens as soon as possible.

🍕 We’re Hiring for Spring/Summer at ETA Pie! ☀️

Tourist season is right around the corner, and we’re looking to add a few great people to the team at ETA Pie here in Ithaca! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well with others, and love the energy of a busy pizza shop, we’d love to hear from you.

Previous pizza experience is strongly preferred — especially for applicants comfortable with high-volume kitchen work, dough handling, ovens, prep, and line flow.
