Ithaca NY  school lunch program is cooking up 60 gallons of chicken ziti, one of the student students favorite. We put 2 pounds of pasta in a pan cooking in our Combi oven cool it off pack it and fish tubs to send out to our 13 different schools. ☃️❄️🍝

At ICSD we are prepping out 25 gallons of sweet & sour tofu using local tofu. We dice, roast and pan up the tofu and add our own housemade sweet & sour sauce. Served over rice. 🍚 &sour
