Saturday Night Special at DIJON: Boeuf Bourguignon: This dish comes from Burgundy. One of France's most famous gastronomic regions. The beef is slowly braised in red wine and a rich beef stock. When the beef is tender, mushrooms, pearl onions and aromatic vegetables are combined to create a hearty and soul satisfying stew. A great dish for chilly nights!!

LA POULE AU POT: This classic French dish begins by slowly poaching fee-range chickens in an aromatic chicken broth. Our guests are served 1/2 a chicken and it is accompanied with braised vegetables and a light horseradish-chicken broth. PLEASE JOIN US FOR THIS ULTIMATE COMFORT DISH.
