High Noon Cafe Jackson's Premier Natural Foods Restaurant Since 1982. Featuring a completely meat free kitchen, Deli, and Bakery. Deli Items Available 7 days a week.

We use organic produce, and all natural ingredients. Soups and special entrees prepared from scratch daily, Monday through Friday. All Organic Salad Bar available from 9AM until 5 PM Monday through Saturday. Vegetarian and Vegan options available.

Long time no talks High Noon people! We apologise for the patchy/often nonexistant menu, and baked goods the past few months. Many of you are aware of the trouble, and corresponding changes Rainbow has been going through, and as a result, it is with regret that today will be the final day the Cafe will be open at this location. We will be having our legendary Seaside Cake plate, along with all time favorite Harmony Bowl. And hope is not all lost! We will be looking to hopefully re-open, alongside a re-evolved Rainbow at a later date, in a location yet to be determined. Please bear with us (RAAHhharrr!!! (Bear noise)) we will keep you updated with info regarding the new location and time frames, as we become aware of them. Thank you all for your patiance, loyalty, and good will. It has been an honor and a priviledge to serve you.

It's TUESDAY. Second day of the week and you're eating healthy, right? Right. There's a light, crisp stir-fry for today's special. Meatless as ALWAYS. Plus - chili! It may not be chilly outside, but you can chill with us inside. Don't forget the black bean and spinach burritos!

It's MONDAY. And since you're not an unemployed cartoon cat with no way to tell what day it is, you're excited. Why? Because you can get southern sides today in the cafe, or some lentil soup. As with every Monday, there's Quesadillas. Veggie or seitan.

Hello high noon peoples! Regrettably we will not be having seaside cakes today due to a "truck with all our tofu on it getting re-routed" issue. Instead, we will be having stir fry over quinoa with choice of marinated soy curls or seitan (seitan is pure gluten, soy curls do not contain any added gluten) dessert will be chocolate cake, and the soup will be veggie. Our apologies for the mix up, but thank you for your patience.
